Born and raised on the edge of Suburbia and Detroit, Timmy first hit the music scene playing coffee shops, churches, hall shows and beyond.  Writing with multiple bands, and always with a solo project in tow, he's been recording original music since 2001 and playing live throughout the Detroit area.  From punk rock and indie influence to Irish and American folk instrumentation, Timmy brings a unique yet familiar sound.  Whether it's hard hitting vocals backed by a soft plucking banjo, or well timed drum hits breaking through a moving instrumentation, Timmy strives to bring focus on the emotion in music and keep it in place with arrangement and purpose.  From experimentation of style, and an absolute appreciation of music, he began his composing journey looking to add that extra something that visual media requires.  Finding ways to take a cinematic approach and still capture the raw sound of folk, punk, and indie music has not only been a joy but also an exciting challenge.  Timmy Reynolds is a songwriter, composer, multi-instrumentalist, performer, and entrepreneur.
